Or, jump right in and swim out to the edge of infinity and gaze at the pristine sweeping 180 degree view. |

“The Interior”

| Enjoy the comfort of our home while you are on vacation in the tropics. We recently moved into this house so all the amenities are brand-new, including plush towels, new linens, pillows and mattresses --– just the way we like them. If you wish to do your own cooking, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen conveniently open to the living room on one side and the dining room on the other. Our house is equipped with a washer and dryer, satellite TV, DVD players and high speed DSL-Wi-Fi access throughout the property. You can send an e-mail while eating a mango from the tree or get a weather report from back home from your chaise lounge in the pool… There are brand new ceiling fans in every room of the house. It is fully air conditioned but we’ll bet you’ll rarely need it. Perched at one of the highest points on the island, the comfortable breezes constantly criss-cross throughout the house from the “dos mares” -- seas on both sides. |

| On the same level as the pool itself, this is where the action is! The upper deck is tiled in striking heat-resistant, multi-colored lava rock. This expansive deck area features a wet bar, private glass block outdoor shower, teak dining table for up to 8, chaise lounges, pillows, patio umbrellas, wrap-around polished concrete benches, floral planters and views from every angle. |

| Situated just below the pool above is a more intimate lower deck. With the same awesome panoramic views as the upper deck, this cozy setting includes an inviting oversized hammock and a rattan/glass table with chairs for four, perfect for a quiet lunch overlooking the endless views. This is a peaceful – and expansive -- outdoor world unto itself, with gorgeous Spanish deck tiles and colorfully landscaped planters. |

| Off the one-bedroom and studio apartments, another large and very private tiled patio gracefully curves out into the garden of green and flowering indigenous plantings. There’s a comfy table and chairs for eating or reading in this very enchanting outdoor nook. |

| Walk through the dining room’s French doors onto a bi-level tiled patio, with views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The lower patio is for relaxing with 2 chaise lounges, an umbrella and a hammock. The upper patio is comfortable for outdoor dining on a round glass table and chairs shaded by an all-weather Sunbrella canopy. Look left out over the blue Caribbean Sea and the world famous Bioluminescent Bay. Or look right over the palm trees at the Atlantic Ocean with its sweeping views of Puerto Rico, Culebra and St. Thomas in the distance. |
